If anyone is interested in the 2009 CYRA QUEEN, PRINCESS or LITTLE MISS pageant, plese contact the 2008 CYRA QUEEN Ali McKiearnan or Pageant Coordinator Reva Waters!  No enteries on answering machine please! Due to the rising cost of operations, starting at the June 7 and 8, 2008 rodeo, each entry will have a $2.00 surcharge added, for the rest of the 2008 season. 

Here is a list of tentative arenas for our 2008 season: 
Kansas: Ottawa, Lyndon, Burlington, Burlingame, Paola, Mound City & Tonganoxie;
Missouri: Butler & Hume

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR ENTRIES ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE WHEN YOU CALL IN - YOU MAY LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER - AND SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK LATER THAT EVENING!!

GATE FEE'S AT ALL CYRA  PRODUCED RODEO'S ARE AS FOLLOWS: 13-Adults $7.00 per person per day, or $12.00 per person for two days. 6-12 year old $3.00 per person per day. 5-under are free.

RODEO Notes;
*CYRA is responsible for presenting the flags into the arena for the grand entry & after every event at all our rodeo's. These are our $500.00 SPONSORS! ALL flags are very important and any of them should make our CYRA members proud to carry them.
Order of carrying flags are to be as follows;
1. Any CYRA royalty in attendance must carry a flag
2. Youth board members
3. Members in attendance. Contestants, please realize that these companies along with all our other sponsors, supply you with your year end awards. Please gladly & proudly participate to carry ANY of the flags.
*Please do not call any of our stock contractors for rodeo cancellations that are due to inclement weather.
