MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS
We welcome you! Please download and print the membership application,
return it by mail or at the next rodeo along with the membership fee of $60.00.
Make your checks to CYRA
Mail your membership dues of $60.00,
a copy of your birth certificate (if not already on file) & a copy
showing proof of school enrollment to;

must present a notarized
application, grade card or proof of school enrollment (grades 9-12) and a
birth certificate (new members only) when paying membership for the
new season. Members/contestants will not be allowed to participate n any
CYRA sanctioned rodeo until all required documents are received.
For your Membership; Members will
receive;
-Newsletters posted online & updated information from the website
(be sure to contact your secretary-Reta Breithaupt if you do not have
any access to the internet and must have your newsletter mailed)
-Colorful CYRA window decal (new in 2006)
-Colorful CYRA pin (new in 2006)
-Various rodeo's to compete in (scheduled within 100 mile radius of
Ottawa, Kansas)
If you are turning in your membership at the rodeo, please
remember to tell the rodeo secretary when you are calling in to enter that you
will be a member so your points will count & you will not be charged a non-member
fee. Arrive early so our association secretary has time to process your
membership. |
